CASPER (Rich Potter) is a talented professional artist with a passion for tattooing since a young age. After graduating high school he enrolled in college where he completed his Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree. Once he was finished with college he went on to work in shops, own shops, and even traveled. Casper is now a veteran tattooist, who is experienced in all styles, specializing in Coverups and Revamps.
